Vacuum-formed cabinet door panels (also known as molded door panels) are a widely used decorative material in whole-house customization. They use MDF 0r Bamboo charcoal board as substrate. Through carving, fine sanding, and then covering with a PVC film, they are formed in one step via vacuum heating to create a seamless wrap.
